Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

The loan arrangement of midfielder Mark Hughes at Oldham Athletic has now been made into a permanent move.

The Northern Ireland under-21 international graduated through our Academy ranks and signed professional forms in July 2001. Mark was reserve team regular and captained Clive Allen's side on a number of occasions.

He featured strongly this pre-season, making appearances in the in the prestige friendlies against Rangers and Celtic, as well as playing in Kappa Cup that took place in Seville.

Mark has been on loan at Oldham since mid-November and played a big part in the Latics' FA Cup run that saw them overcome Leyton Orient and Manchester City before falling to a single goal defeat to Bolton in round four.

We wish Mark every success in his future career.
