In an exclusive interview - backed up by superb photography - our Croatian international reveals his Premier League dream and predicts good days ahead for Spurs.

"The club has a good feel to it...I see myself playing here for a long time," he says. "These are exciting times for all of the squad.

"My dream hasn't come true yet but then again, with our recent success in front of goal, you never know."

He says: "I admit the other guys do gang up on me but I'm getting back some of the bragging rights this season and long may that continue."

On that celebrity theme, hair stylist Nicky Clarke again presents his own fascinating column, running an expert eye over football kits and complimenting the Spurs players on their fashion style.

He writes: "The current Spurs squad seem to carry that modern look pretty well, both on and off the pitch."

We track down our former midfielder Andy Sinton who is relishing life as a manager on the non-League circuit while goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes answers our 'Onside' questions with memories of his early career as he looks back on the games and personalities that have marked his journey to the Lane.

National newspaper photographer Alex Morton selects his favourite Spurs shots and former goalkeeper Espen Baardsen reflects on some key moments in 1998 when he played a cameo role in maintaining our top flight status.

Former England striker Martin Chivers chats about his cracking Spurs career and pays tribute to Harry Redknapp with the words: "If you could bottle what Harry's got, you could sell it for a fortune. He has something which gets players to react to him...and doesn't complicate things."

We pay tribute to the great Bill Nicholson, look at the likely Spurs influence on the 2010 World Cup, detail our recent games at first team and Academy level and present our ever-popular fanzone section which is all about supporter interaction.

For nostalgia fans, we take a look at our past hitmen in a special 'Goal-Den Greats' feature and go back to season 1962-63 when we became the first British side to lift a European trophy.

All this and more in the November issue of hotspur, our official monthly magazine. Don't miss it.
