Kevin Bond says the lads can’t wait for matches at the Lane at the moment.

We go into tonight’s clash against Villa looking for four wins on the trot at home in the Premier League - six in all competitions - and on a run of seven wins and a draw in our last eight league games.

Home form has been fantastic in recent seasons.

In fact, since Harry Redknapp took over in October, 2008, we’ve lost just nine games in 84 in all competitions.

“We’re looking forward to it, we’re on a good run and we’re back at White Hart Lane,” said assistant boss Kevin.

“We all look forward to playing at home and with an evening kick-off as well, it should be a great night.

“We know it will be a test against Villa. We know all about Darren Bent, he will want to come back and prove a point if he can. Agbonlahor is a really dangerous player when he’s on form and they are doing well at the moment, so we know it will be a test.

"Shay Given’s a fantastic goalkeeper and the central defenders are tough, seasoned professionals.

"All we can do is play as well as we can and hopefully turn in another home performance like the recent ones against QPR, Arsenal and Liverpool. That would be great.”
