Home sweet home

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Glenn Hoddle was clearly a contented manager after the 3-1 win over Bolton on Sunday and he feels that Robbie Keane now has the ideal showcase for his obvious talents.

It is now three goals in two games for the Irishman, who is forging a promising partnership with Teddy Sheringham.

Keane netted after 58 and 73 minutes with Simon Davies putting a welcome gloss on the scoreline in the final minute. Youri Djorkaeff scored Bolton's goal on 63 minutes.

"There were some very good individual performances and we were solid as a team as well," reflected Glenn post-match. "With getting the result it makes it a good day all round.

"I'm obviously delighted for Robbie, he got his two goals after opening his account at Blackburn. I thought he was lively from the first minute until the last.

"If he keeps playing like that with the hunger he showed out there, I'm sure he will boost his tally up very quickly.

"He's a wonderful talent. When he came here we said he needed a home as he'd been drifting a little bit from club to club. We now feel he's found a home and he's enjoying his football."
