The boss made no excuses and said that, while leads have been lost away from home before this season, performances have been good. That was not the case this time.
"That was disappointing, we've not played like that before this season," said Glenn.
"Results away from home have been similar, but not performance wise. We've been in control of games and got ourselves ahead in the past and ended up drawing or losing, but mainly drawing.
"That's been frustrating but, today, no excuses we were poor. To go 1-0 up and be in control of that game and let is slip like we did is an indictment to the club.
"I told the players that and things have got to change for next season if we're going to get success."
