Harry Redknapp is delighted to have landed Peter Crouch - a striker he insists will give us numerous options up front next season.
The England international's return to White Hart Lane from Portsmouth was confirmed by the Club on Monday night.
The 28-year-old scored 16 goals in all competitions for Pompey last season and is a player Harry knows well having signed him twice already.
So there's no-one better to give the lowdown on the forward who has scored an impressive 16 goals in 34 appearances for England.
Harry said: "I'm a big fan of Crouchy's and delighted to have him. He's an England international and he brings something to the squad very different to what we had before.
"He's a big lad, he holds the ball up well, he brings other players into the game and naturally with his size he's always a threat in the air.
"He will be a big, big player for us, a terrific signing.
"I know what he's all about and as well as everything going forward, he can also make a difference when we're defending set-pieces.
"He gives us options up front and that's what it's all about - competition for places.
"We've got some fantastic strikers and I could play all of them. It's all about competition - it's what you need at the top level. You need goalscorers and whoever is in form will play."
