Redknapp made the south-coast switch to the Saints last week after leaving his post at Portsmouth and had an immediate impact in his first game on Saturday.
Saints led 2-0 against Middlesbrough before two late goals denied what would have been only a second win in 15 games in the Barclays Premiership.
They arrive at the Lane in the relegation zone but Martin is well-aware of the Redknapp effect at St Marys.
Our Head Coach said: "Harry Redknapp is a terrific man and you saw that in his first game - it was if they played with 13 players. I had to count them but it was 11!
"He plays with a different style, a 4-4-2 with a diamond and it is always difficult to play against but we have some answers to that and I hope we can show that on Saturday.
"He's a man-manager and he will give them the confidence. He will use all his methods and will give them a lift.
"They have good players, even when Beattie is out they can score goals and the big lad up front Crouch did well at the weekend.
"I'm not only looking at them though. It's important you know about your opponents, but it's all about Spurs."
Martin Jol believes Harry Redknapp has made his mark already in his short time at Southampton.
