Harry Redknapp insists we'll go all out for a win in Friday night's FA Cup third round tie against Wigan.
The in-form Latics arrive at the Lane for an 8pm kick-off and the first match of one of the most popular weekends on the football calendar.
"It's on the night, a one-off game," said Harry. "We're at home and have to try to win it - the last thing anyone wants is a replay. We've got so many games coming up that I don't know where we'd fit a replay in.
"It's the one thing I don't want, so we've got to go all out to win it if we can."
Harry led Portsmouth to FA Cup glory last season and says he would love to do the same at Spurs. "It would be lovely to win the FA Cup this year," he said.
"We're involved in so many competitions at the moment - the FA Cup, the Carling Cup semi-final and we're still in the UEFA Cup.
"Most important of all we're still scrapping away for league points, like 14 other teams in the division. It would be lovely to have a cup run and I think this side has a chance. We're looking forward to doing our best and giving it a real go."
Steve Bruce's Wigan side have won five of their last six games to climb up to seventh in the Premier League.
"Steve has done a great job there," added Harry. "He's a great lad as well. He's put a good team together and they are on a good run.
"If you spoke to him a month ago he might have said that he's in a real scrap for relegation - that is the whole league at the moment. A couple of wins and you're up the table. It's been an amazing season in this division this year.
"They are going well and he bought some good players and built a good team."
