Harry joins Andros Townsend and Kyle Walker for the Euro 2016 qualifying match against Lithuania at Wembley on Friday week (March 27) and the friendly against Italy in Turin on Tuesday (March 31).
The striker, 21, has scored 26 goals in all competitions this season including 16 in 19 starts in the Premier League.
"It’s a very proud moment for me and my family, a proud day," said Harry. "I’m really looking forward to next week, to seeing what it’s like and trying to get into the team.
"It was an incredible moment to find out, an honour to be called up to the senior side and something I’ve always dreamed of as a kid. I’m excited and when I got the message to say I was in, I was full of joy. Hopefully it will be the first of many."
