Harry Redknapp says Neil Warnock has done 'a wonderful job' at QPR.
Warnock led Rangers to the Championship title last term, losing just six of 46 matcheson their way to a glorious return to the Premier League.
They've made an impressive start back in the top flight with just three defeats in nine games and a fine victory over Chelsea last weekend.
Now they return to the Lane for the first time since December, 1995 for a 4pm kick-off on Sunday.
"Neil walked in there and in his first season, got them promoted," said Harry.
"They had manager after manager, good managers tried to get QPR promoted and in comes Neil and no problem, first season - promotion. That's amazing.
"I just think he understands football, he understands the game.
"People look for magic formulas in this game. He knows how to put a good team together and knows players who will do a good job for him.
"He puts them in the right slots and puts them all together and gets the best out of them.
"I like him. He is a character, I think what you see is what you get with him.
"To walk into QPR in his first season and do what he did last year - that answers everybody."
