Harry hunts a first - and his half-century!

Harry Kane has one goal missing from his Spurs CV – a goal for us in the FA Cup.

And with his tally currently sitting on 49, what better way to hit the half-century than in the FA Cup against Leicester on Sunday!

Harry has scored in the FA Cup - a double for Millwall in a 5-0 win against Dagenham & Redbridge during his loan spell at the Lions in January, 2012.

His memorable 31-goal haul last term was missing an FA Cup goal and he’d love to put that right against Foxes in the third round at the Lane on Sunday (4pm).

“Hopefully it (the 50th goal) will come as soon as possible, at the weekend would be nice!” said Harry in the second part of a Spurs TV special this week - you can watch it below.

“It’s gone so quickly, playing 100 games and 49 goals. It will be a great achievement but I’ll then want to get 100, 150 and so on. There is still a long way to go.”

We face Leicester in back-to-back games with the high-flying Foxes sitting second in the Premier League.

Sunday’s third round tie is followed by a huge Premier League clash back at the Lane on Wednesday.

“These are important games," stated the striker. "We want to do well in the FA Cup this season and then we play them a few days later in the Premier League.

"We’re full of confidence, we have to stay focused and we know we can win if we go out there and play well enough."
