Daniels let fly with a dipping volley from fully 35 yards to score the second goal as the lads charged into a 3-0 lead in 11 minutes.
Simon Dawkins and Jamie O'Hara netted two goals each, O'Hara's second coming as he followed up his own saved penalty kick. Andy Barcham, Stuart Lewis and Kieran McKenna, another spot kick, completed the scoring.
It was a key night for O'Hara, Dawkins and goalkeeper Robert Burch - all three returning from injury and Burch back in action for the first time since breaking his leg in May.
In fairness to the home side, Burch was forced to make a couple of fine saves from Leon Lalite, Kenny Davis and Marc Salmon while Salmon saw his goalbound effort cleared off the line by Leigh Mills.
Here is how and when the goals went in...
7mins: O'Hara beat two men centrally, Hasell down to save his shot, Dawkins there to tap home the rebound.
9mins: Daniels hit spectacular 35-yard volley that dipped over Hasell and just under the crossbar.
11mins: McKenna's shot parried, this time Barcham there to knock in rebound.
32mins: Dawkins rolled ball into O'Hara who dinked ball over Hasell and into the far corner from a tight angle.
44mins: O'Hara inch-perfect crossfield pass fully 50 yards into Daniels' run, low cross slid home by Dawkins in six-yard box.
57mins: O'Hara burst into box, brought down by Moore, penalty awarded. Took penalty himself, Jackson saved diving to his left but O'Hara there to bury follow up.
73mins: Lewis had a couple of seconds to weigh up options 20 yards out, lashed home with his left foot.
88mins: Another penalty as Fraser-Allen brought down by Moore, McKenna made no mistake from spot.
Spurs XI: Burch (Forecast, 46), Smith, Daniels, Lewis, Martin, Mills (Archibald-Henville, 62), Dudas (Wells, 77), McKenna, Barcham (Hutchins, 46), O'Hara (Hutton, 62), Dawkins (Fraser-Allen, 62).
