The French full-back played a starring role in Saturday's 1-0 win at Everton as he helped record another clean sheet and grabbed the winner with his first goal for the club.
We have only conceded three goals in eight games as we sit fifth in the Premiership - not a bad return from a back four and goalkeeper put together in the summer.
Paul Robinson, Erik Edman and Noureddine Naybet all arrived in pre-season - Noureddine just 24 hours before the opener against Liverpool - and Noe two games into the season. The four have now played the last six league games together alongside the outstanding Ledley King.
Noe says it's because of that unfamiliarity that they've had to work so hard. "We have a lot of new players and that's why the coach has worked on defensive aspects so much," he explained.
"We are working hard on the training ground and I believe we will get better with more games.
"It was another clean sheet at Everton and we've defended well so far this season.
"We have to defend together and play together and when we do that it's very hard to beat us."
