Kasey Keller makes his first return to Filbert Street on Saturday in the final league game at the venue with his old club already relegated.
Nobody could accuse the popular former Foxes keeper of a poor sense of timing on his return to his old stomping ground as Leicester fans will be saying goodbye to both their familiar Saturday afternoon haunt and, for the time being, Premiership football.
For Kasey it is the first time he has played against a former team.
"It's a little funny, it's the first time I've ever played against one of my old clubs," he pointed out.
"Millwall had been relegated and I'd gone to Leicester and we never got drawn in a cup or anything like that. Then I go to Spain and the chances of playing Rayo at some time wasn't going to happen.
"So this is the first time I'll play against an old club and, like you said, it couldn't be a more interesting fixture.
"It will be a lot of fun to be there, it makes it a little bit special. I had three great years there and had a great relationship with the fans and my team mates so it will be fun to be involved in the last game there to say farewell."
