Harry Redknapp will reward the side who secured a memorable FA Cup victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford with an extended run and the chance to overtake us in the Premiership table.
Redknapp's latest bargain buy, Bulgarian international forward Svetoslav Todorov will be on the bench, alongside Rigobert Song who has returned from international duty with Cameroon.
The 22-year-old Todorov, who was purchased for just £500,000 last week, may soon be joined in East London by Argentinian wonderkid Daniele D'Alessandro, a £2million-rated playmaker, who starred against England Under-21s - including Frank Lampard and Joe Cole - last February.
D'Alessandro is at Upton Park to train with the club for a week and Redknapp is keen to sign the player permanently.
Not surprisingly, West Ham are set to name an unchanged line-up for the visit of Spurs to Upton Park.
