Posted on 5 March 2005  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Our successful Hall of Fame Dinners continue with the induction of Alan Mullery MBE on May 12.

Alan joined the Club in 1964 as an England Under-23 International and went on to receive 35 full international caps including the 1970 World Cup Finals in Mexico.

He made 373 appearances for the Club, scoring 30 goals and was a member of the FA Cup winning Spurs team of 1967 and Captain of the 1971 Football League Cup and 1972 UEFA Cup winning teams.

Many of Alan’s team-mates from the Spurs sides from 1964 till 1972 will be present on this evening when we celebrate Alan’s career with the Club
