Gus Poyet says it's vital we put cup final thoughts to the back of our minds as we prepare to face Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup.
Rovers travel to the Lane in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Sunday - just seven days later and we'll be walking out at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium for the Worthington Cup Final.

Midfielder Gus, back after suspension, insisted: "The first thing this Sunday is to try, and I say try because it will be difficult, not to think about the final.
"If you think ahead too far that is when you might have a shock.
"Let's just think about this game then we can talk about the final all next week.
"It was the same with the yellow cards. You can say you will play and not think about it but at the back of your mind it is always there. Now we can play normally."
Gus reckons the first goal could be all-important on Sunday - just like it was in our 4-0 win in the Worthington Cup at Prenton Park in October.
He added: "They will be tough, strong. It will be a fast game to start with, the ball flying all over the pitch and it is important to try and score first and as soon as possible.
"I'm not saying after two minutes, but in the first half. Then they have to open up, change their game and that could help us."
