The elegant defender has been our utility man so far this season, having previously occupied the midfield anchor role to good effect in the absence of Steffen Freund and Stephen Clemence.
He has played the last two games at left back and struggled to contain a smile when asked if he is getting used to the position.
"I don't know!" he laughed. "The gaffer is the one to decide. I started this season in the centre of the midfield, then I came back to my position for only one game and now we're struggling on the left so I have gone there.
"For me, I am just doing my job. I'm not particularly good but I'm trying to do my best, not trying anything too tricky, doing a job and trying to do the best I can.
"I am just the guy the gaffer wants to do it. It is not my position, but if the gaffer thinks I play well then I am satisfied."
Goran admits, however, that role changing is not easy.
"It is hard for me because I change position from game to game. But I work for my team and I like the results we've had this year.
"As I've said before, we are a little disappointed because we should have more points. I love the club though, don't worry about me - I know when the right time comes I'll be in my good position.
"At the moment I try to give everything for the team, it is more important than my personal performances. I just want my team to win the points."
Goran Bunjevcevic says he is happy to fill in at left back, but will be glad to revert to a central defensive berth when possible.
