Posted on 13 May 2001  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

This is your chance to vote for our Goal of the Season.

We’ve teamed up with THTV for the competition and having showed all 10 goals before Saturday’s encounter against Aston Villa they will do the same again before the big one against champions Manchester United on May 19.

Here is the top 10:

Goal A: Stephen Carr v Ipswich 19/08/00 - Stephen played a delightful one-two with Rebrov before dummying to cross and sliding the ball home from narrow angle.

Goal B: Sol Campbell v West Ham 11/09/00 - Sol’s bullet header rattled in off the crossbar to win this local derby.

Goal C: Oyvind Leonhardsen v Derby 21/10/00 - ‘Leo’ picked up the pieces from a corner before bending a 25-yarder into the top corner.

Goal D: Stephen Carr v Derby 21/10/00 - The Irish star collected a loose ball 35 yards out, took it forward a few yards before unleashing a drive into the bottom corner.

Goal E: Sergei Rebrov v Newcastle 02/01/01 - A delightful finish as Sergei curled the ball home with the outside of his foot from the corner of the area.

Goal F: Sergei Rebrov v Charlton 07/02/01 - Sergei capped our tremendous comeback in the FA Cup tie with a lovely dinked finish from Gary Doherty’s through ball.

Goal G: Simon Davies v Stockport (1st goal) 17/02/01 - Our young midfielder latched onto Les Ferdinand’s flick and controlled the ball before swivelling and volleying into the bottom corner.

Goal H: Simon Davies v Stockport (2nd goal) 17/02/01 - Simon made it a double to remember with this cracker, controlling Tim Sherwood’s pinpoint through pass before burying the ball into the corner.

Goal I: Sergei Rebrov v West Ham 11/03/01 - Sergei’s superb left-foot volley on the full from 15 yards from Steffen Freund’s long throw gave us the perfect start to an FA Cup quarter-final to remember.

Goal J: Stephen Clemence v Sunderland 14/04/01 - A fine move sees Willem Korsten feed Stephen Carr, he dinked in a pass to Simon Davies who hooked it on for Stephen to finish superbly with a right-foot volley.

We are asking fans to vote for their top three and will collate the results and the winner will be announced before the first game of next season.

And there is a special, mystery prize up for grabs for fans who agree with the judging panel’s verdict.
