And he's warned that the west Londonders are probably more dangerous to play against at home rather than at Craven Cottage - Wednesday's draw at Liverpool underlines his point.
The boss stated: "Fulham are an excellent side who have got a great point up at Anfield on Wednesday night and a side we respect.
"There wasn't much in it in the Worthington Cup at Craven Cottage and I don't expect there to be much in it on Saturday.
"Jean Tigana has certainly got Fulham playing some excellent football. Technically they are as good as anyone in the division and that is a credit to them.
"Away from home they are probably more dangerous to play against. If you come out on them they look to hit you on the break with the pace they've got.
"It will an interesting game, a high-technical game. Our shape will cause them problems and their shape, if we don't get it right defensively, will cause us a few problems."
Glenn also suggested that he could see similarities between the two sides.
He added: "We both like to pass the ball, we both have good movement and I believe it will be a game any neutral watching will enjoy.
"But it's about taking chances and at White Hart Lane we've created a hell of a lot. I just hope we haven't bagged them all against Bolton the other night."
Glenn Hoddle rates Fulham's technical ability right up there with the best of the Premiership.
