Glenn at Spurs Lodge

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Glenn Hoddle arrived at Spurs Lodge to meet the players on Monday morning but will not be taking training until the legal formalities of his switch from Southampton are concluded. Meanwhile, David Pleat remains in charge of the first team.

Glenn and his assistant John Gorman have spent the morning talking to staff and familiarising himself with our training ground facilities which, of course, were not in place when he was here as a player.

On completion of the relevant paperwork, Glenn is set to meet the gathering media, hopefully later this afternoon.
