The Tottenham Hotspur Foundation deliver PE to students at the school, enabling teachers time away from their class to plan and prepare lessons.
It is part of a wide range of work the Foundation deliver in the Borough, which includes a Section 106 sports delivery partnership with Enfield Council.
Gareth’s visit to Worcesters Primary was aimed at promoting sports participation and active and healthy lifestyles amongst young people.
The Welsh international took part in football, hockey and handball activities with Year 3 students as part of the school’s Olympic legacy programme.
Gareth said: “It’s great to come down spend time with the kids. Even though you feel tired after training, you see the kids happy and running around and you realise how important things like this are.
“The Club does a huge amount of work in the community through its Foundation and its vital that we as players show our face and support the work.”
