Gareth Bale and Harry Redknapp have been recognised in World Soccer magazine's annual awards.
Gareth's outstanding performances in 2010 have been recognised further by being named third in the Young Player of the Year category.
The flying winger is behind German pair Thomas Muller and Mesut Ozil, who starred at the summer's World Cup. He was placed above the likes of Javier Hernandez of United and Barcelona's Pedro.
Meanwhile, Harry was listed sixth in the Manager of the Year category.
That award was won by Jose Mourinho, who won the treble including the Champions League with Inter Milan. Spanish World Cup winner Vicente Del Bosque was second and Uruguay's Oscar Tabarez third.
Harry was just 0.1 of a per cent behind Barcelona's Pep Guardiola and the highest-ranked manager in the Premier League - above Chelsea's double-winner Carlo Ancelotti.
Readers of World Soccer voted for the awards, with votes cast from more than 40 countries.
