David Pleat admitted he took a gamble at Leicester - it paid off handsomely.
Having brought on the creative Stephane Dalmat at the interval, our caretaker boss threw on a third striker in Bobby Zamora for Paul Konchesky for the final 25 minues.
It worked - Dalmat provided the spark going forward, Zamora helped push the home side back a little and, of course, our third substitute Mbulelo 'OJ' Mabizela crashed home from 25 yards to level the scores.

Dalmat's finest contribution came in the last minute as his run an shot ended hitting the post allowing Fredi Kanoute to tuck away the winner.
"I decided to go for it," said caretaker boss David. "It's not clever, losing 1-0 and you've got to go for the game.
"So we went into attacking mode. I took Konchesky off because players immediately think Zamora's more of an attacker and it threatens them a bit more. It's a gamble and it worked.
"I had a lucky day. The substititions were good and you have to be lucky as well.
"Dalmat's got pace and power, so has Mabizela. He's opening his eyes to the English game. It's a new country, a new culture.
"We need that type of player because in the first half Leicester were more athletic and quicker to the ball than us and we didn't pose a threat."
