The players were split into two groups for medical testing ahead of their pre-season work out on the training pitches in the following weeks.
Harry Kane - who made such an impact at the end of last season and fully fit again after injury on England Under-21 duty in May - summed-up the feeling in the camp as the lads returned.
"It will be a tough pre-season but that’s what you want, you want to get fit to be ready for the season ahead," he said. "We'll all be put through our paces but we're all looking forward to it."
Emmanuel Adebayor added: "I had a great summer and now the most important thing is to come back and train, to work hard and we're all looking forward to the new season."
The lads wore our all-new training kit from Under Armour for the first time - available now via our online shop...
