Kasey Keller reflected that the giving away of 'soft goals' cost the team dear against Chelsea on Saturday.
The goalkeeper was a frustrated figure as he departed Stamford Bridge and insisted that the errors must be cut out in order to put the season back on track against Southampton next time out.
"We've just conceded soft goals - you can't have three basic one on ones with no pressure and expect to pick up results here," he lamented.
"For 35 minutes I thought everything was going perfectly well. We've got a lot of work to do and we've got to start next Saturday.
"I don't know what it is - this is the same team that played at Liverpool and did so well.
"It is all about getting results now and the sooner we do it the easier it's going to be."
