Freund, Rebrov in reserves

Posted on 23 September 2002  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Steffen Freund will make his latest comeback after long-term injury when our reserves take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground tonight.

Our German midfield favourite returned after an eight-month lay off against Southampton's second string at the start of the month but picked up a slight hamstring injury late in the game.

That set him back three weeks but he now returns to the fold for the FA Premier Reserve League South encounter.

Sergei Rebrov also returns to action alongside Rohan Ricketts and Ronnie Henry - who were in the first team squad and on the bench at Old Trafford.

Reserve squad: Hirschfeld, S Kelly, Galbraith, Freund, Henry, O'Donoghue, Bortolozzo, Ricketts, Rebrov, Barnard, Blondel, Hughes, Jalal, Snee, Sutton, Marney.
