Striker Fredi suffered from illness last week while midfielder Michael is progressing well after picking up a knee injury in Sweden.
Coach Chris Hughton explained: "Fredi is with us. He had a virus which turned out bad enough to keep him out of a fair amount of training but in terms of having an injury, no, he's fine.
"Stephen Kelly misses out and that's a disappointing one, his ankle will keep him out for a little while.
"Dean Richards isn't with us but we're hopeful he'll be with us at the weekend while Michael Brown travels and he might play some part.
"We're now into a good runs of games and they don't get much bigger than Rangers and Celtic.
"There will be a passionate crowd at Ibrox and it will be an experience for some of the lads. They will certainly be up for it, as they always are against English opposition."
Fredi Kanoute and Michael Brown have both travelled to Glasgow for tonight's friendly against Rangers.
