Goals from Katie O'Leary, Rosie Kmita and Ri Soobadoo made it four wins out of four with London Bees, Gillingham and Norwich already put to the sword.
Manager Karen Hills was pleased to see some of the tactics the team has been working on coming to fruition.
"We've worked a lot on set-plays, we looked to implement some of that work against Stoke and the first goal was straight from the training ground," said Karen. "Jenna Schillaci delivered the corner and Katie provided an excellent finish.
"The second goal came after great work from Bianca Baptiste and Rosie darted in at the near post to score with a glancing header. Bianca was outstanding and she's flying at the minute.
"Ri also finished well after a good move and it was another good work-out for us."
The ladies quickly return to action with a friendly at Hemel Hempstead Ladies on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
Spurs Ladies Reserves beat Stoke Reserves 6-2 in Sunday's friendly.
