The Club's plans include a pavilion building that will house training and rehabilitation facilities for both the First Team squad and Youth Academy players together with education and study facilities for the Youth Academy players.
Designed by leading sports architects KSS, the pavilion will be partially submerged underground with its roof covered in natural turf to reduce the impact of the pavilion on its green belt surroundings.
The landscaped grounds of the training centre will feature two full size first team practice pitches which will match the dimensions of the Club's White Hart Lane pitch, together with an all-weather pitch, goalkeeping practice areas, and a running and cycling track.
For the Youth Academy there will be seven practice pitches for each of the different age groups training plus additional outdoor training areas.
