Katie O’Leary led the scoring with two with Bianca Baptiste, Jenna Schillaci, Rosie Kmita and Avilla Bergin also on target.

The ladies have a perfect record so far in pre-season with friendly wins over London Bees, Gillingham, Norwich, Stoke and now Hemel Hempstead – with Arsenal next on Sunday.

“The players are feeling more and more confident with every game, we passed the ball and kept possession really well against Hemel Hempstead,” said manager, Karen Hills.

“That’s five wins now with 23 goals scored and only three conceded.

“Special mention for Chloe Morgan, who played in goal in place of Toni-Anne Wayne in this game and made one superb save to keep a clean sheet.

“Everyone is looking forward to Arsenal now and to the start of the season. We’ve prepared as well as we can and we’d love to get started tomorrow!”

Sunday’s North London derby also sees the team play at their new home at Cheshunt FC, Theobalds Lane, for the first time.

“We’d love to see our fans turn up for what is always a special game at any level,” added Karen.

Kick-off is 10.30am. Ticket prices for every game are £3 for Non-Member Adults, £1 for Under-16s and free for Under-5s. One Hotspur Members will be able to watch Spurs Ladies free throughout next season!
