Stats spotlight - Christian v Swansea

The latest in a new feature where we take a closer look at the performances of the players using the wealth of new statistics now available on the Match Centre. Next up - Christian Eriksen's display against Swansea.


Christian was voted Man of the Match by fans for his display in our 2-1 win against Swansea in the Premier League on Sunday.

He certainly played a key role - with 102 touches, he had at least 30 touches more than anyone else (Danny Rose next with 102) - and both goals came from his corners.

The Danish star played in a slightly deeper, central role and basically ran the show.
