Having failed to hit the target at Signal Iduna Park last week, we go into tonight’s second leg with a three-goal deficit to make up.
Should the highly-rated German side score, we’d need at least five goals to progress to the quarter-finals, with centre-half Toby under no illusions about the size of the task at hand.
“If they score it’s going to be very difficult,” said the Belgian international. “Still, we have to believe. At the Lane something special can happen – all will depend on how the game is going but if you score an early goal, you never know.
“We have to try to attack and always keep in mind the defensive organisation but I think we have to take some risks because we have to score.”
Toby says the players are determined to let their true talents shine through in tonight’s game after a frustrating outing last week in Dortmund.
“I think we have to play our game more than we did before,” he added. “I think it was a bad game from us last week so we have to keep the level that we always play at and try to put them under pressure at the Lane with the fans behind us.”
