The Argentine international attacking midfielder starred for Serie A giants Roma over two seasons between 2011-13 before making the move to White Hart Lane.
While in Italy he played against Juve on five separate occasions, meaning he’s well placed to know what to expect from our first International Champions Cup match Down Under.
Ahead of the contest, which kicks-off at 8pm local time on Tuesday (11am UK), the 24-year-old said: “We are looking forward to the game.
“I’ve played against Juventus, they are a very good team and they show it in every competition.
“They are strong but we are strong as well and it will be a very good game to prepare for the season.
“We are playing Atletico Madrid as well (on Friday) and to play against these two teams in Australia is nice. They are very good teams, they play very well and the matches will help us to get ready for the beginning of the season.”
