Vincent Janssen and Michel Vorm joined goalscorers Dele Alli, Heung-Min Son and Christian Eriksen to speak about the "crazy" late celebrations at Swansea City on Wednesday night.

Trailing to Wayne Routledge's early opener at the Liberty Stadium, we produced a stirring comeback with three goals after the 88-minute mark to maintain our winning momentum and keep up the pace with Premier League leaders Chelsea.

Striker Vincent, on as a second-half substitute, supplied a vital assist for Son to make it 2-1 and was also involved in the build-up to Christian's third goal, as was equalising goalscorer Dele.

Along with fellow Dutch international Michel, who got the nod in goal against his former club after Hugo Lloris succumbed to illness, Vincent and the scorers certainly enjoyed their night in South Wales.

Here's what the players had to say to us...

Vincent Janssen

Overall views on the outcome
“It was late and dramatic but it was very important. If you see the other results then it’s nice that we got the three points here and in the end I think we deserved it because we were attacking all game. They scored one goal and just defended and in the end we broke their defence open and scored three goals. I was happy that I came on and could help the team. Of course I’m happy that we won and it was great to set up the goal for Sonny. The team knows that if I’m in the penalty box then they can find me and Chris saw me so played the ball, Son was free and he knows I will pick him out. He finished it very well. The last goal was good as well.”

Talk us through that third goal...
“In the last minute when you’re 2-1 up it’s important as a striker to hold the ball up, which is what happened. GK (Georges-Kevin Nkoudou) passed it to me, I was in front of my man, managed to turn and Dele was shouting for it so I played it to him, he made a great run and picked out Christian with a fantastic pass. You know when Christian has the ball in that position that it’s a definite goal.”

On the fans singing his name
“It means a lot to me as I’ve said a lot of times. I can’t thank them enough because they are really important for me and try to help me. I try to pay them back with performances on the pitch.”

On the reaction to late goals
“The feeling is very good because you know you are going to get the points – very important points. We fought the whole game so it’s important to come away with the reward. The feeling is very good – all the fans went crazy and that’s what you play for.”

On the reaction in the changing room afterwards
“Everyone was happy because it’s a very important win. It’s a feeling that you can’t describe – it’s one of the best feelings when you win in the last few minutes.”

Michel Vorm

On playing on familiar turf
“It came as a surprise to me that Hugo was ill. It was nice in a way against my old club but for me nothing really changes because the focus is there and we train hard. I just have to make sure I’m ready for moments like that and I think it went well. It took a while but we won so that’s all that matters. In the first half we had a lot of possession but we didn’t really create big chances. I played a lot with my feet but didn’t really have to make a save. In the second half it was even worse for me but it’s also tough because your concentration needs to be high as you never know what’s going to happen, even though we were just attacking.”

On changing room reaction
“These are the best wins, when you keep trying and you win at the end. It’s massive. We don’t know the other results, we just know we have to win our own games and that’s what we do and that’s why in the dressing room there was a lot of relief but also confidence that we will end the season well.”

How did you celebrate the goals as the keeper at the other end?
“I was just by myself because when I looked around everyone had gone in to celebrate! That’s fine for me. We celebrate inside together and for me that’s the most important thing!”

Dele Alli

Views on the game
“It was a strong performance and it shows how we’ve improved from last season. We kept fighting until the end, stuck to the game plan and thankfully it paid off and we got the win.”

On the heart shown by the team
“It was great fight (on show from us), we were patient and had a lot of faith in the way we were playing and that eventually we’d get the goal. Thankfully we got there in the end and got the win.”

On muted celebrations after his equaliser
“That's the belief we’ve got – after we scored the first goal we wanted more and we knew we could get the win. Swansea deserve credit as well, it was never going to be an easy game but thankfully we came away with the three points.”

Heung-Min Son

Thoughts on the match
“It was a really difficult game, we were 1-0 down but everyone believed we could win this game right through to 97 minutes. It was very important to score that first goal through Dele and then we believed it even more. It was a great feeling to score an important goal to help us get three points and I’m really happy for my team-mates and the fans.”

On his goal celebration
“After, I ran to Kevin (Wimmer, on the bench) because he’s my best friend and he keeps fighting. That’s why I wanted to do it. It’s nice to have a friend like him, working with him every day.”

Outlook for the rest of the season
“We’re just keeping going. We don’t look at other teams, we have to look at our games and our performances. You never know what will happen and that’s why we have to fight for three points in every game – fight like today.”

Christian Eriksen

On his habit of scoring against Swansea (now six goals in six games)
“It doesn’t matter who scored, this was all about taking three points and luckily we got there.”

On his goal celebration
“When you score in the last minutes like that, all the feelings come out and you can see that in the celebrations and in the fans’ eyes when you run down to them. Everyone was in a great mood. You could hear them throughout the game and that helped us. We didn’t make it as good for them as we could have in the first half, in fact the first 88 minutes, but we kept believing and hopefully they believed as well.”
