Another accolade for Harry as he takes Man of the Match award at Hull

Mon 22 May 2017, 12:00|Tottenham Hotspur

Harry Kane seemingly didn’t have enough arms to carry all his prizes away from the KCOM Stadium on Sunday, but that didn’t stop our fantastic fans from piling in by naming him Man of the Match!

The free-scoring striker helped himself to another hat-trick as we humbled Hull City 7-1 on the final day of the season, claiming the match ball as a result, not to mention the Premier League’s Golden Boot, having finished the domestic campaign on 29 top flight goals.

Unsurprisingly, he was also chosen as our supporters’ Man of the Match on social media, picking up 54 per cent of the votes across Twitter and Facebook.

Dele Alli, Victor Wanyama, Ben Davies and Toby Alderweireld also got themselves on the scoresheet as part of another blistering team display. With that in mind, 37 per cent of votes for Man of the Match went to ‘the whole team’!

Here’s a look at what Harry had to say to Spurs TV straight after the game at Hull…

MAN OF THE MATCH – HULL CITY AWAY

Harry Kane – 54%
The whole team – 37%
Christian Eriksen – 5%
Kieran Trippier – 4%

Thanks to everyone who voted, not only on Sunday but over the course of the whole campaign.
