Wed 18 April 2018, 10:43|Tottenham Hotspur

Jan Vertonghen, Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane have been named in the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Premier League Team of the Year.

The XI, selected annually by members of the professional players’ trade union to reward individuals who have impressed over the course of the campaign, was revealed today (Wednesday 18 April), with centre-half Jan making the list for the second time following an excellent season at the back.

Christian is included for the first time after orchestrating things in midfield while Harry, who is in the midst of his best scoring season to date, retains his place in the line-up, making it four years in a row that he's been included.

All three players have only missed one game each during a consistent Premier League campaign.
