Hugo Lloris has set a new Club best for clean sheets in the Premier League era.

The goalkeeper and skipper kept clean sheet number 63 for us in the top flight in Saturday’s 4-0 win against Huddersfield.

That was his fourth clean sheet already this season and took him beyond Ian Walker’s 62, set between the first season of the Premier League in 1992-93 and 2001.

‘Walks’ came through the youth ranks to make 313 appearances between his debut against Norwich in April, 1991, and his final match against West Ham in January, 2001.

French captain Hugo joined us from Lyon in August, 2012. He passed the 200-appearance mark for us last season and has now played 220 times for us in all competitions.

Saturday’s clean sheet stretched his current run to 13 in his last 24 in the Premier League and nine in his last 16.

2012-13 – 9 clean sheets
2013-14 – 14 (23 total)
2014-15 – 8 (31)
2015-16 – 13 (44)
2016-17 – 15 (59)
2017-18 – 4 so far (63)
