Jamie O'Hara earned his first England U21 cap as Stuart Pearce's side were held to a goalless draw by Poland in Tuesday night's friendly.

Lining up in central midfield, Jamie played the full 90 minutes as Pearce tried out an inexperienced line-up at Molineux.

He was certainly involved in the action - he struck a 30-yarder just over, saw a goalbound free-kick hit Poland's defensive wall and set-up chances for Cameron Jerome and Luke Moore in the first half.
