Pat Holland admits he's waiting on tenterhooks over the fitness of three players as our FA Youth Cup clash against Everton looms.
The lads take on the Toffees at the Lane in the fifth round of the competition next Tuesday night, February 15, kick-off 7pm.
A home game against Cardiff in the FA Premier Academy League comes first though on Saturday and coach Pat is wary of playing the likes of Charlie Daniels, who only came back from injury on Saturday.
"Cardiff will be a tough game," said Pat. "I want to rest a couple of the lads because we've got the likes of Charlie Daniels coming back but if I give him 90 minutes, it could affect him on Tuesday.
"I've got to be careful. We're waiting on three lads in Leigh Mills, Andy Barcham and Jacques Maghoma who would start if fit, they are important players and it will go to the wire.
"It's a difficult one and we're hoping they all come back because we want to field our strongest side. Fingers crossed, if we get out a similar side who played against Forest and Liverpool we'll have a chance of getting through to the next round."
