"The squad has responded well to rotation," said Andre at FC Sheriff's impressive complex in Tiraspol on Wednesday night.
"We have left three players at home - Andros, Kyle Walker and Paulinho - but we have still brought a very strong squad."
Victory would make it three out of three so far and would mean we could qualify for the knockout phase if Anji and Tromso draw in the group's other fixture.
"The players will embrace this game with that motivation and they have been excellent so far in this competition," added Andre.
