Q. What age does a JSM go up to?

A. You must be under sixteen on 16th August 2004.

Q. What age does a JSM Dribbler go up to?

A. You must be under three on 16th August 2004.

Q. Do I need to provide proof of age?

A. Proof of age is only required should you wish to upgrade for ticket priority.

Q. If I upgrade for ticket priority - how many tickets can I purchased?

A. Only one ticket per membership can be purchased (subject to availability).

Q. Can I bring a guest if I upgrade for ticket priority?

A. Yes! New for this season 'Guest Tickets' we have allocated the last day of ticket priority for home league matches as the day you can purchase one guest ticket against your membership for friends or family (subject to availability).

Q. Can I apply for tickets together with other Club Members?

A. Yes, if you have upgraded for ticket priority and the member who is booking the tickets has the correct details for each member - up to a maximum of six.

Q. Can I lend my membership to my friends?

A. No, Club memberships are not transferable.

Q. How do I become a mascot?

A. As a JSM you have the chance of being picked at random by computer to be our mascot. We also have mascot packages for sale at each home match exclusive to JSM.

Q. Can I apply over the telephone?

A. Yes, telephone 020 8365 5150 between 10am-5pm Monday - Friday. Alternatively post your application to Members Club, Bill Nicholson Way, 748 High Road, Tottenham, London N17 0AP.

Q. Can I apply in person?

A. Yes, Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.30pm at the Members Club, Paxton Road, Tottenham, London N17, please bring proof of identity.

Q. Can I hand collect my membership.

A. Yes, provided payment has cleared and you have ticked the 'Hand Collection' box on the form. Hand collection service commences from 1st June 2004
