The travelling Tottenham army totalled over 3,000 in the Czech Republic a fortnight ago and they were left celebrating as Jermaine Jenas’ fine strike secured a 1-0 win in the first leg of the first round tie.
Now a packed house will celebrate the return of European football and the ‘glory, glory nights’ to the Lane.
“Everyone told us it was a big celebration in the city centre in Prague and then when we got to the stadium and we saw all the fans, it was unbelievable,” said Martin. “They made it a special atmosphere and we were proud of them.
“Their behaviour was excellent and that is so important as we all represent this Club we love and because this is Europe.
“We need that support - it’s so important for us. That is what Spurs is all about, a culture, real football supporters – they are with us everywhere.”
