The Club recognises that supporters were extremely patient when using both the internet and telephone as queues built very quickly during the peak period. By early evening, however, over 19,000 tickets had been sold and all telephone and internet queues had been cleared.
Fans benefited from the 24 hour telephone and internet booking service confirming their tickets for the Club's first appearance at the new Wembley Stadium throughout the night. One Hotspur Platinum, Gold and Silver Members have until 5.30pm on Monday February 4 to claim their Cup Final tickets.
Today, applications are invited from One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members.
Supporters in the Bronze and Lilywhite membership categories are reminded that any tickets available to Bronze and Lilywhite Members will be allocated according to loyalty points once the sales window for Season Ticket Holders has closed on Monday evening.
One Hotspur Bronze and Lilywhite Members are reminded that they have until 5.30pm on Tuesday February 5 to register their interest. Please note that members will need their client reference number when making their application as well as the client reference numbers for any other One Hotspur members they may wish to sit near or with. This number can be found on the One Hotspur membership card.
Finally, yesterday's hugely successful ticket sale to One Hotspur Platinum, Gold and Silver Members means that, regrettably, very few tickets will be available to Bronze and Lilywhite Members.
It is therefore expected that demand from Bronze and Lilywhite Members will far exceed supply and the loyalty point requirement to ensure a successful application is expected to be high. The loyalty point requirement will be announced as soon as it has been determined.
By 10am this morning (Thursday, January 31), One Hotspur Platinum, Gold and Silver Season Ticket Holders had snapped up more than 20,000 tickets in just 24 hours for our Carling Cup Final against Chelsea at Wembley. At various points during what proved to be one of the busiest days ever for our Ticket Office and the Club's partner, Ticketmaster, one ticket was being sold every single second. On average, the Club was selling between 30 and 60 tickets per minute throughout the first 10 hours of the day.
