David has won the award on the back of spending 28 years travelling from Midlothian, Scotland, to his beloved White Hart Lane - spending approximately £2,000-3,000 per season on travel alone!
David received his November award on the pitch before last month's win against Fulham. "That performance capped a wonderful day for us," he said.
"My son Glenn (named after Mr Hoddle, who else!) and I received the award on the pitch before the game, we were given a great reception by the fans and it was super to be here.
"We live just outside Edinburgh in a small town just outside the city called Pennycook. Generally our typical day is setting off on the train at seven in the morning from Edinburgh, getting in just before lunchtime and a mad rush back to King's Cross for six o'clock. Eventually we get back to Pennycook at eleven o'clock at night."
David even met his wife Lynn at the Lane before a game against Sheffield Wednesday in 1984.
He explained: "My wife actually attends quite a few matches as well but we've a daughter who absolutely detests football so it's a bit of a juggling act on the babysitting front. Lynn will be here again soon."

Spurs fan David Brown has been awarded the first ever Barclaycard Premiership Fan of the Month award.
