The midfielder’s grandfather - Harry - is a Hull City supporter.
We return to Premier League action against the Tigers at White Hart Lane on Sunday, kick-off 4pm.
It’s the first match of a double-header against Steve Bruce’s men with Hull scheduled to return to the Lane on Wednesday in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.
“Yes, my granddad Harry is a Tigers fan,” said Lewis. “Unfortunately, he lives right up north in Northumberland and it’s a long way to come down to a football match.
“Hopefully I’ll see him in Hull when we play up there. I’ve a lot of family there - the Holtby family is everywhere!”
Lewis, who started our last league match, a 2-0 win at Villa last Sunday, says it’s vital we now put together back-to-back wins and return to winning ways on home soil.
“We have to give the fans a nice Sunday afternoon, especially after what happened last time at home against West Ham,” he added.
“The fans will be back, it will be another packed house and we want to send them home with smiles on their faces. The best way for us to do that is win against Hull.
“We know we messed up against West Ham and it was a great response against Villa. That was away, now we want to give something back to our fans at home.”
