Darren Bent is no stranger to teams bossed by Gary Megson and expects Bolton to fit that Megson mould at the Lane on Sunday.
The striker first came up against Megson teams in his time at Ipswich Town when the Bolton boss was in charge of West Brom and guided the Baggies to promotion from the Championship to the Premier League in 2001-02 and 2003-04.
He also faced him in his new role as Bolton boss in last season's 1-1 draw at the Lane.
"I remember from his time at West Brom and when I was at Ipswich that his teams were always strong and this will be no different," said Darren.
"Bolton will be a difficult side to play against, highly motivated and will play in a physical style.
"They are similar to Stoke in some respects in that they've got a lot of big guys but we know if we can get the ball down and pass it, we can beat anyone, especially at home.
"It's an important game and if we can get in front, the crowd will get right behind us and that should give us the platform to go on and win."
