Eddie Silva Sousa is enjoying getting to know English football via the reserves.
The striker says it's a valuable source of games for players out of the first team picture and something he couldn't fall back on in his time at PSV in Holland.
He's making the most of it as well with four goals in his last five matches and striking a partnership with Lee Barnard, the FA Premier Reserve League's top scorer with eight goals in his last seven games.
"Reserve team football is good," said Eddie. "It's different from say Holland, where we didn't really have anything like this.
"It's quick, strong and I like it. It's also good if you don't play for the first team because if you don't play there, you want to play for the second team.
"I want to play, I am young so I need to train and I need to play."
