Jon Obika has described his FA Youth Cup hat-trick at White Hart Lane as a dream come true as we defeated Sheffield United 3-0 in the third round.
It comes less than a week after the striker made his First Team debut against NEC Nijmegen in the UEFA Cup.
And with a sizeable crowd at The Lane looking on, Jon was buzzing with confidence as he tore into the visitors.
It takes his tally to 10 goals for the season, but he insists the most important thing was a good team performance that takes us through to the fourth round.
"It's amazing to score a hat-trick at White Hart Lane and you can only dream about these things happening," said Jon.
"The day before the game I was just focused on putting in a good performance, but I'm delighted to score three goals.
"We spoke before the match about starting off on the right foot, so to get an early goal was good for the team.
"They had about ten minutes of possession after our opener, but after that I thought we took control of the game.
"I had a lot of chances on the night, but I'm happy with the three goals and the way I composed myself for the finishes.
"The lads are delighted with the result and it's the performance of the team that matters, so everyone's happy.
"I also got my first match ball as well so I'm really happy with that, and I got a few of the lads to sign it, so it will take pride of place at home."
