The big defender was at fault for Leicester's first and last goals as the Foxes came from 3-1 down to lead 4-3 before Jermain Defoe's last-gasp equaliser.
Gary revealed: "We had a meeting just to highlight our problem at the moment - individual errors.
"I was at fault for two against Leicester and a couple of the other lads held their hands up and said they were at fault for the other goals.
"We singled out where we made mistakes and we're making individual errors all over the park.
"The back four will get highlighted, particularly the two centre-backs, but the gaffer also highlighted that other players were at fault for different goals
"We've got to take on the responsibility of conceding too many goals and we've got to get through it by working hard on the training ground.
"I think once we eradicate that from our game then we have the possibility of being a very good team.
"We also highlighted the high points in that our run has been quite good, we're only second to Arsenal since the turn of the year in the form guide with 16 points from 21 available. It's not all doom and gloom.
"We are all disappointed because I think we could have gone seventh but six or seven games ago we were third from bottom, so things are on the up."
